ADA/Section 504 Coordinator

The ADA/Section 504 Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of Rim of the World Recreation and Park District to comply with Title II of the ADA and Section 504 and to review concerns, complaints or requests regarding access to Rim of the World Recreation and Park District programs, services or activities. Grievance Procedures

Rim of the World Recreation and Park District has adopted a formal complaint and grievance form for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging concerns, complaints or requests for access to District programs. The District's Complaint and Grievance Form are provided below. Grievances can be submitted to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator/Park District General Manager.
