Chess Classes (Chess I, Chess II, and Adult Chess I)  

Chess class days and times have changed as of April 9, 2025 until  May 21, 2025 (last class): 

Chess II - Wednesdays: 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Chess I - Thursdays: 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Chess Class I: Ideal for children in grades K-12 who are  beginners, this class covers the basics of chess, including piece movements, simple strategies, and how to play a full game. Students will build a strong foundation and develop essential skills for playing confidently.

Chess Class II: For children in grades 1st -12th with a basic understanding of the game, this class dives deeper into tactics, opening principles, and basic endgame strategies. Students will improve their decision-making and enhance their overall gameplay.

Adult Chess I: Tailored specifically for adult learners, this class covers foundational chess concepts with a focus on strategy, critical thinking, and building confidence on the board. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to chess, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to improve your skills.
