Cost of Services (User Fee) Study - Report
In 2024, the Rim of the World Recreation and Park District engaged Matrix Consulting Group to conduct a Cost of Services (User Fee) Study. The purpose of the study was to evaluate and determine the full cost—both direct and indirect—of providing a range of District services. The report and accompanying user fee table below outline the findings and recommendations resulting from this analysis.
Each year, the Board of Directors reviews and votes on the Proposed Fee Schedule, which reflects the costs associated with delivering District services. The current proposal incorporates the findings of the study and aligns the fees accordingly. The Board will reassess the fee schedule for the next fiscal year, and a new cost of services study may be conducted within the next 2 to 5 years.
